My Beloved and I have no idea whatsoever this item is. It is super heavy has this round disc that when it is slid up and down sounds very much like a chime. Has a screw hole and that's all I've got!
Must belong to a truck, because in these parts, trucks abound. I'm going with that!

On another note, woke up to the first rain of the season, I have a bad cold, bordering on flu like symptoms, and our youngest daughter Amy has returned to work after her Mat. Leave. I hope all is going well for her.
