For 6+ years, we've often walked past this yard and tried to figure out out how we would improve it. Today we walked by and it seems that the owners have finally figured it out.
In our neck of the woods, improvements often mean one of two things:
1) improvements are made for owner to enjoy;
and,
2) the For Sale sign is going up soon.
My money is on number 2.
In fact, this is what happened just across the street, correction, to both houses across the street.
Voila, new neighbours are moving in as we "speak"!
They say a change is as good as a rest, I sure hope you get some rest sometime today because neither of these two neighbours will be.
